| Abstract: | The flow path feature of natural course of river,the principle and guiding thinking of river regulation,the planning of river regulation works and artificial cutoff works are stated briefly.For reference in the Fenhe River regulation,the planning elements of river regulation including the parameters of the river bend form,the determination of bed forming discharge and the coefficient of river faces are introduced. |
