尾矿坝对防洪安全的影响及对策

尾矿坝的存在，本身就是隐患，它积蓄了高势能的物质，在自身和洪水作用下，形成溃坝，以人造泥石流冲向下游，来势之猛，冲击力之大，破坏力之强，给下游造成严重的灾害。近日对繁峙县尾矿坝进行了安全生产大检查，繁峙县在尾矿坝建设方面经历了从无序到规范，使之走向基本正规，但在建管方面仍存在着三个问题，对下游构成了威胁，形成了六个方面影响，文申对溃坝成因进行了分析研究，提出了尾矿坝在建管方面的六条对策。

The Influence of Tailings Dam on Flood Control Safety and the Countermeasure

The existence of tailings dam itself is a kind of hidden danger. It accumulates some materials possessing high potential energy. Under the action of itself and flood,the dam-break probably can be formed. A strong artificial mud-rock flow plunges into the downstream zone. Fierce onslaught,huge impact and strong break force bring severe disaster. Of late the large scale of examination of safety production on the whole Fanshi county＇ s tailings dams was carried out. Its constructing railings dams went through not having order to basic normalization. But in construction and management.three problems still exist. These problems constitute serious threat and form six kind of influences. In this paper,the formation causes of dam-break are analyzed,and six countermaeasures to construct and manage railings dam are put forward.
