| Abstract: | In this paper, the internal subsystems of social economic system and water environment system in Quzhou City are described. Meanwhile, according to the integrity and hierarchy of social economic system and water environment system, the prediction model of water environment and social economic development in Quzhou City is built, and the pollutant emission with the development of economy in the Quzhou is predicted. |
