| Abstract: | The management and maintenance level of the works in an irrigation district is related directly to tap an irrigation district's benefit.The paper analyzes the statusquo of works' maintenance of Fenhe Irrigation District,combining with present maintenance system reform of hydraulic project,proposes some suggestions in following aspects:enforcement tactics of works' maintenance,organization management mechanism,perfecting project maintenance quota,managing project information. |
