KF/CaO固体碱催化剂对酯交换工艺影响的研究

摘    要:碱催化酯交换反应速度快、收率高但是后续处理复杂,易于造成环境污染,而固体碱催化剂易于分离,不会造成环境污染;用等体积浸渍法制备了不同浓度KF浸渍KF/CaO固体碱,并考察了KF/CaO固体碱对酯交换反应的催化性能;通过测定酯交换反应过程中产生的甘油与Cu(OH)2悬浊液反应生成绛蓝色溶液的吸光度,计算酯化率;利用均匀设...

Abstract:Alkali ester exchange reaction speed,high yield but subsequent processing complex,easily causing environmental pollution,but solid alkali catalyst easily is separated,and won’t cause environmental pollution,Using volume impregnation method for different concentration soaking Kfimmersioning KF/CaO solid alkali and investigating KF/CaO solid alkali of catalytic properties of biodiesel,Through the determination of Absorbency of the reaction between glycerol and Cu(OH)2 in the biodiesel preparation process,the calculation of the rate of esterification,Using the uniform design experiments to get the optimal conditions of the ester exchange biodiesel: Alcohol mole ratio of oil 12∶1,reaction time 65min,reaction temperature 50℃ and catalyst 0.7%,the rate of esterification86.45%.
