摘    要:八元瓜环Q8]对盐酸小檗碱的荧光有较好的增敏作用,用来测定复方黄连素片和盐酸小檗碱片中盐酸小檗碱(C20H18C lNO4)的含量。在电压700V,λex=345.07nm,λem=498.07nm的条件下,测定结果表明:盐酸小檗碱在2×10-8mol/L~1×10-5mol/L之间具有良好的线性关系,加样回收率在97%~103%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.5%以内。方法适用于盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。

Abstract:The berberine hydrochloride content was measured by use of cucurbit(n) urils(n=8) sensitizing effect of the fluorescence.Under the conditions of V=700,λ ex =345.07nm,λ em =498.07nm,the result shows that the berberine hydrochloride has a good linear relationship between 2×10-8 mol/L and 1×10-5 mol/L,the sample's rate of recovery is 97 % ~ 103 %,RSD 1.5%.The method can be used for quality control of the preparation.
