| Abstract: | Introducing USA and Netherlands type 480,000 tons/year urea plant, the connection transformation of high pressure ammonium carbamate scrubber tube layer explosion - proof plate. The connection of explosion - proof plate is ＂whole ＋ bolt＂ approach. The advantage is that the form of welding is no longer used to reduce the explosion - proof plate disassembly steps, saving construction time and reducing equipment maintenance inspection costs. |
