| 摘 要： | 介绍一种含游离甲醛低的粘接强度大的工业生产脲醛树脂粘合剂的方法。由于在甲醛一次加入后 ,在一定的 pH值 ,温度下分三批加入尿素进行阶段反应 ,从而获得一种胶液性能稳定 ,粘接的制品质量好 ,强度高的胶合板、碎木板、刨花板、纤维板等用的粘合剂。

| Abstract: | A industrial production process of urea-formaldehyde resin
adhesive with high adhesive strength and low free formaldehyde content was presented.
After addition of formaldehyde, urea was added in three portions respectively at proper pH
value and temperature to react, then adhesive with stable adhesive performance and good
product quality for wood was obtained. |
