发动机GFRPA66转速传感器外壳注塑模设计

摘    要:根据汽车发动机转速传感器的使用性能和采用玻璃纤维增强尼龙66(GFRPA66)制作转速传感器外壳的注射成型工艺要求,提出了带脱螺纹机构的注塑模结构设计方案,并对脱螺纹机构进行了简单的设计计算。经生产实践验证,该注塑模设计合理、操作方便,完全符合制件的精度要求。

Abstract:A design of injection mold with automatic thread demolding mechanism is put forward according to the service performance of automotive engine revolution speed transducer and the molding process of glass fiber reinforced nylon 66(GFRPA66).The design calculation of automatic thread demolding mechanism is performed.The practice proves that this injection mold is designed reasonably and it can be operated expediently;it can completely meet the accuracy requirement.
