碳纳米管/UHMWPE复合材料的研究

摘    要:利用化学气相沉积法合成高纯碳纳米管。用少量的碳纳米管就能改善UHMWPE的抗冲击、抗静电及导电性能。此复合材料可望用于同时需要耐磨、抗冲击、耐腐蚀的场合下使用的电子器件与电磁屏蔽材料等。

Abstract:Highpure carbon nanotube was prepared with chemical vapor deposition. The little carbon nanotube can improve impact strength, antistativity and electric conductivity of UHMWPE. This composite could be applied in the field of electric parts and electromagnetic shield materials where abrasion resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance are all required.
