基于PLC和智能温控表的塑料挤出机温度控制系统设计

摘    要:开发了一种基于西门子公司S7-300 PLC和日本理化智能温控表CD901组成的塑料挤出机温度控制系统,详细介绍了该控制系统的总体结构、硬件配置。利用CP340通信模块,S7-300 PLC可与智能温控表进行双向、高速的串行通信,实现对其读写控制。

Abstract:An application of SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and CD901 smart thermostat to the temperature control system of plastic extruder is introduced in detail. The controlling structure and the hardware selection of the temperature control system are described. By using communication processor CP340, the realization of RS-485 serial communication between SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and CD901 is proposed.
