贯穿钢针对酚醛树脂基复合材料防热性能的影响研究

摘    要:采用烧蚀率作为综合评价指标,研究了贯穿钢针对高硅氧纤维纱/酚醛树脂复合材料烧蚀性能的影响.并利用X射线对烧蚀前的试样进行了无损检测.最后,采用扫描电子显微镜对烧蚀后复合材料的表面形貌进行了分析测试,并初步探讨了贯穿钢针对复合材料烧蚀防热性能的影响机理.结果表明:贯穿钢针增大了复合材料的烧蚀率,但不会发生烧穿现象.

Abstract:Ablative rate was used to research effects of the steel pin that pierced high-silica glass fabric(HSGF)/phenolic resin(PF) materials.The X-ray plate of sample was researched on its non-destructive test characters.Surface contour of ablated HSGF/PF was investigated in virtue of SEM,while effect mechanisms of metallic inclusions on ablative and heat-protection properties of HSGF/PF were also studied finally.The results showed that the steel pin that pierced materials increased the ablative rate,but composites...
