尼龙610/蛭石纳米复合材料的阻隔阻燃性能

摘    要:在对蛭石钠化和有机化修饰后,通过熔融共混法制备了尼龙610/蛭石纳米复合材料,研究了复合材料的阻隔阻燃性能。研究结果表明,随蛭石含量的增加,尼龙610/蛭石复合材料的透水汽速率和吸水率显著下降,当蛭石质量分数为5%时,复合材料的透水汽速率的能力仅为尼龙610原样的39.4%,吸水率为尼龙610原样的55%,蛭石的加入显著改善了尼龙610的阻隔性能。复合材料的极限氧指数(LOI)和质量保持率随蛭石含量的增加明显增大,热变形温度升高,复合材料燃烧时熔滴现象消失。蛭石与三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐的协同作用,使尼龙610的LOI达到30%左右,为难燃材料,尼龙610的阻燃能力增强。

Barrier and Flame-Retardant Properties of Nylon610/Vermiculite Nanocomposite
Abstract:Nylon 610/vermiculite nanocomposites were prepared through melt blending after vermiculite was Na-modified and organo-intercalated. The barrier and flame-retardant properties of the composites were investigated. The results show that the water-vapor through-rate and water-absorbing rate of the composites decreased dramatically with the increasing of the vermiculite content. When the mass fraction of vermiculite is 5%, the water-vapor through-rate and water-absorbing rate of the composites only are about 39.4% and 55% of the pure nylon 610 respectively. The addition of vermiculite improve the barrier properties of nylon 610. The oxygen index,weight retention and heat deflection temperature of the composites raise obviously,and the addition of vermiculite make the firing droplet disappear. The symplastic action between vermiculite and melamine cyanurate make the oxygen index be about 30%,which means the composites are nonflammable material,so the flame-retardant performances of nylon 610 are improved.
