| 摘 要： | 介绍注塑制品熔接痕的分类及其形成,分析材料的流变性能对注塑制品熔接痕外观及性能的影响,着重阐述通过调整注塑工艺参数以改变材料的流变性能,从而改善熔接痕对注塑制品外观及性能的影响,并综合提出减小熔接痕损害的措施与方法。

| Abstract: | The classification and characteristics of weld line of injection-molded products are introduced.The effects of polymer rheology on appearance and property of weld line are analyzed.With the emphasis on improving weld line's influence on injection-molded products' appearance and property,the methods to adjust injection processing parameters which change rheology of polymer are discussed.And the methods that can reduce the damage,which is caused by weld line,are also put forward. |
