丙烯酸共聚物增容PA6/(E/VAL)共混体系的研究

摘    要:在聚酰胺6(PA6)和(乙烯/乙烯醇)无规共聚物(E/VAL)的共混体系(50/50)中添加第三组分丙烯酸共聚物(简化为“AA”),研究了AA对共混体系相容性和性能的影响。红外光谱分析、差示扫描量热(DSC)仪测试和流变实验证实,AA与PA6间的氢键作用及其与E/VAL之间的酯化作用,削弱了E/VAL与PA6间氢键的作用;同时通过扫描电子显微镜观察到适量地添加AA可引起共混体系的相分离,在保证材料具有一定阻隔性能的同时,提高了材料的力学性能。

Abstract:The effects of compatilizer AA on the compatibility and properties of PA6/(E/VAL) blends were investigated. The results showed that the intensity of the hydrogen bond between E/VAL and PA6 was greatly reduced with the addition of AA due to the interaction between AA and PA6, AA and E/VAL. Phase separation between E/VAL and PA6 was observed by SEM when adding proper content of AA. The addition of AA improved the mechanical properties of PA6/(E/VAL) blends with a slight loss of barrier properties.
