PVC/丁基再生胶磁性阻尼材料的制备与性能

摘    要:为了制备宽温域、高阻尼、阻燃、易加工且性价比高的阻尼材料,以聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为塑料组分,以环保丁基再生胶作为橡胶组分,采用动态硫化的方法制备了 PVC/丁基再生胶热塑性弹性体阻尼材料。研究了 PVC 改性剂及磁粉等填料用量对热塑性弹性体性能的影响,并进行了力学性能、耐热性、阻燃性和阻尼等性能测试。结果表明,使用氯化聚乙烯(CPE)、氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)改性 PVC 时,CPE 的综合改性效果优于 CPVC。当 CPE 用量为20 份时,所制得的热塑性弹性体综合性能最优。当磁粉等填料用量为 120 份时,热塑性弹性体的综合性能最佳;动态热机械分析结果表明,在 55~100℃,热塑性弹性体的阻尼因子(tanδ)≥ 0.3,阻尼温域范围达到 155℃,阻尼性能良好,尤其是在 9℃左右 tanδ达到了 0.66,阻尼性能最佳。

Abstract:In order to prepare damping materials with wide temperature range,high damping,flame retardant,easy processing and high cost performance ratio,the thermoplastic elastomer damping materials of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)/reclaimed butyl rubber were prepared by dynamic vulcanization with environmentally friendly reclaimed butyl rubber as rubber component and PVC as plastic component. The effects of PVC modifiers and the amount of magnetic powder and other fillers on the properties of thermoplastic elastomer were studied. The mechanical properties,heat resistance,flame retardancy and damping properties were tested. The results showed that when CPE and CPVC were used to modify PVC,the comprehensive modification effect of CPE was better than that of CPVC. When the amount of CPE was 20 phr,the comprehensive properties of the thermoplastic elastomer were the best. When the amount of magnetic powder and other fillers was 120 phr,the comprehensive properties of thermoplastic elastomer were the best. The results of dynamic thermomechanical analysis showed that the damping temperature range was 155℃ and the damping performance was good from –55 ℃ to 100 ℃,and damping factor tanδ≥ 0.3. Especially at –9 ℃,the damping factor reached 0.66,and the damping capacity was the best.
