含氟硅环三磷腈衍生物的合成及其阻燃改性聚碳酸酯的性能

摘    要:以六氯环三磷腈、羟基氟硅油、苯酚为原料,合成了一种新型含氟硅环三磷腈衍生物(FSiCP),并复配滑石粉(Talc)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)应用于聚碳酸酯(PC)的阻燃。采用垂直燃烧测试、极限氧指数(LOI)测试、热失重分析、动态热机械分析和扫描电子显微镜分析了共混材料的阻燃性能、热稳定性、动态热机械性能和微观形貌结构。结果表明,PC/Talc/PTFE/FSiCP组分比为100/5/0.5/7.5时,样品的垂直燃烧等级达到V–0级,LOI值提高到30%。FSiCP的加入降低了共混材料的热稳定性,促进PC提前分解成炭,生成不可燃气体,阻碍基体继续燃烧,有效提高共混材料的阻燃性能。此外,阻燃剂会降低共混材料的储能模量和玻璃化转变温度,但可作为Talc的表面改性剂,有助于后者在PC基体中的分散。

Abstract:A novel cyclotriphosphazene derivate containing fluorinesilicon (FSiCP) was synthesized by substituting reaction using hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene,hydroxypolymethyl-trifluoropropylsiloxane and phenol as raw materials. It was used in the flame retardancy of polycarbonate (PC) together with talcum powder (Talc) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). The flame retardancy, thermal stability,dynamical thermal mechanical properties and microstructure of the blends were characterized by vertical burning measurement,limiting oxygen index (LOI) test,thermogravimetric analysis,dynamic thermomechanical analysis and scanning electron microscopy,respectively. The results show that the vertical burning level of the sample meets V–0 and the LOI value reaches 30% when the PC/Talc/PTFE/FSiCP composition ratio is 100/5/0.5/7.5. The incorporation of FSiCP results in the reduction of the thermal stability. It promotes the decomposition of PC and generates non-flammable gases to obstruct the sustained combustion of PC,which improves the flame retardency of the blends effectively. In addition,the flame retardant reduces storage modulus and glass transition temperature. However,the FSiCP can also act as the surface modifier of the Talc and promote the uniform dispersion of the later within the PC matrix.
