不同分散剂对PET纤维蓝色母粒的影响

摘    要:采用熔融挤出法将聚乙烯蜡(PEW)、改性蜡(EAA)、烯烃弹性体(PBE)3种分散剂分别与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和酞菁蓝共混制备聚酯纤维母粒,探讨了不同分散剂及其含量对聚酯纤维蓝色母粒性能的影响,对聚酯制品的色彩性能、分散性能、加工及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,当添加含有极性集团的EAA时,母粒的着色性能明显优于添加非极性分散剂PEW和PBE。添加非极性分散剂PEW没有明显改善颜料的分散。当EAA的添加量为3%时,色板的着色力最高,为106.5;此时PET色丝表面光滑,断裂强度不变,断裂伸长率相对提高9.97%。当PBE的添加量为3%时,色板的着色力高于105;PET色丝的断裂强度基本不变,断裂伸长率相对提高15.38%。EAA和PBE相对更适用于PET纤维的原液着色。

Abstract:Polyester fiber masterbatch is prepared by blending polyethylene wax (PEW),modified wax (EAA),and olefin elastomer (PBE) with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and phthalocyanine blue,respectively,by melt extrusion. The effects of PEW,EAA,PBE and their contents on the properties of polyester blue masterbatch were analyzed. The color properties, dispersion properties,processing and mechanical properties of polyester products were characterized. The results show that when EAA containing polar group is added,the coloring performance of the masterbatch is significantly better than that of the nonpolar dispersant PEW and PBE. The addition of the non-polar dispersant PEW did not significantly improve the dispersion of the pigment. When the addition amount of EAA wax is 3%,the tinting strength of the color plate is the highest,which is 106.5;at this time,the surface of the PET color yarn is smooth,the breaking strength is constant,and the elongation at break is relatively increased by 9.97%. When the addition amount of PBE is 3%,the tinting strength of the color plate is higher than 105;the breaking strength of the PET color yarn is basically unchanged,and the elongation at break is relatively increased by 15.38%. Therefore, EAA and PBE are relatively more suitable for the coloring of polyester fibers.
