模内层压产品层间结合强度研究

摘    要:针对模内层压产品层压材料与塑料基材容易剥离脱落的问题,基于界面机械互锁理论和扩散理论,研究了模内层压产品层间界面的形成机理,分析了层间结合强度的主要影响因素。通过工艺实验和正交设计,分别研究了塑料基材和注射工艺参数对产品层间结合强度的影响规律。结果表明,塑料基材对产品层间结合强度有很大的影响,相对于聚碳酸酯(PC),PC/丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料,聚丙烯作基材时与聚氯乙烯人造革的模内层压产品层间结合强度最高;注射工艺参数对产品层间结合强度影响程度的顺序为:料筒温度>注射压力>注射速度>模具温度,其中料筒温度和注射压力对层间结合强度的影响非常显著,注射速度和模具温度对层间结合强度的影响不明显。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the laminate material and plastic substrate of the in-mold laminate are easy to peel off,based on the interface mechanical interlock theory and diffusion theory,the formation mechanism of the interlayer interface was studied,and the main influencing factors of the interlayer bonding strength were analyzed. Through the process experiment and orthogonal design,the effects of plastic substrate and injection process parameters on the bond strength between the layers were reasearched. The results showed that the plastic substrate has a great influence on the bond strength between the layers. When polypropylene was used as the substrate,the bonding strength between the layers of the in-mold laminated product of PVC artificial leather was the highest than PC and PC/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic. And the injection process parameters also had different effects on the bond strength between the layers. The order of influence was :barrel temperature >injection pressure >injection speed >mold temperature,in which the influence of barrel temperature and injection pressure on interlayer bonding strength was very significant,but the influence of injection speed and mold temperature on interlayer bonding strength was not obvious.
