纳米TiO2填充改性HIPS废料的研究

摘    要:将表面改性后的纳米TiO2填充于HIPS废料中,制备纳米复合材料。研究了纳米材料的表面处理方式及添加量对复合材料力的影响。利用SEM考察了纳米TiO2在基体中的分散状况,结果表明,添加1%经适宜表面处理剂处理的纳米TiO2可有效地提高复合材料的力学性能。

Abstract:The nano-composites of HIPS waste fdled with modified nano-meter TiO2 were prepared. The effects of surface modification of nano-meter TiO2 on the mechanical property of nano-compersites were studied. The dispersion of nano-meter TiO2 in nano-composites was examined by means of SEM. The results showed that the mechanical property of HIPS waste increased obviously when filling with 1 % nanometer TiO2 treated by appropriate coupling agents.
