不同粒径硅藻土改性POM研究

摘    要:用硅烷偶联剂处理的硅藻土改性聚甲醛(POM),研究不同含量及不同粒径的硅藻土对POM拉伸性能、冲击性能、弯曲性能及耐热性的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜观察POM/硅藻土复合材料的微观形貌。结果表明,不同粒径的硅藻土在POM基体中分散性较好,且随着硅藻土含量的增加,复合材料的弯曲性能和耐热性显著提高。

Modiifcation Research of Polyformaldehyde by Diatomites with Different Particle Sizes
Abstract:Diatomites treated with silane coupling agent were used to modify polyformaldehyde (POM) matrix. Combined with scanning electron microscope (SEM) analyzing the morphology,the effects of different content and size of diatomite on the tensile,flexural and heat-resistant properties of POM were studied. The results show that diatomites with different particle sizes have good dispersity in POM matrix,and the flexural,thermal resistance properties were improved significantly with increasing the content of diatomites.
