共聚酰胺6/11的结构表征及力学性能研究

摘    要:采用熔融共缩聚法制备共聚酰胺(PA)6/11,并通过傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪和差示扫描量热(DSC)仪对其结构进行了表征,同时研究了己内酰胺含量对其力学性能的影响。FTIR分析结果表明,己内酰胺单体的引入并没有改变共聚PA6/11的主体PA11的晶型结构;DSC分析结果显示,所制备的材料为无规共聚物,在聚合过程中并没有形成均聚PA;力学性能研究表明,己内酰胺含量的变化对共聚PA6/11的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率影响较大,对冲击强度影响不大。

Abstract:Copolyamide 6/11 was prepared by melt copolycondensation.Its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and the influence of caprolactam content on the mechanical properties was investigated.The results of FTIR showed that the incorporation of caprolactam did not transform the crystalline phase of the matrix nylon 11 in the copolyamide 6/11.The analysis of DSC revealed that the product copolymerized by amideundecanoeic acid and caprolactam was a random copolymer but not a homopolyamide.The analysis of mechanical properties indicated that the variation of caprolactam content had a great influence on the tensile strength and elongation at break while little influence on the impact strength.
