炼焦剩余氨水蒸氨工艺的改造

摘    要:分析了蒸氨工艺中换热器废水通道堵塞的原因,提出了在蒸氨塔和换热器之间安装旋液分离器的方案,有效地降低了废水中固体杂质的含量。同时,通过定期对氨水槽和混匀器底部放油,降低了氨水中的含油量,有效地解决了换热器废水通道堵塞的问题。蒸氨废水的合格率全年保持在98%以上,真正发挥了蒸氨装置的环保回收作用。

Abstract:By the analysis of the blockage of wastewater pipeline in heat exchanger from ammonia distillation equipment,hydrocyclone,which can effectively reduce impurity in the wastewater,is established between ammonia stripping tower and heat exchanger.Meanwhile the problem of wastewater pipeline blockage of heat exchange is solved with reduction the oil content of the ammonia by regularly discharging the oil from the bottom of ammonia trough and mixing apparatus.The qualified rate of the wastewater remains above 98%,the ammonia stripping equipment play an important role in the process of recycling.
