核壳结构涂料印花黏合剂的制备研究

摘    要:采用种子乳液聚合法,以丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈为主要单体合成出了具有核壳结构的黏合剂。探讨了核单体配比、壳单体配比及聚合条件对黏合剂性能的影响。研究表明,当十二烷基磺酸钠与辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚质量配比为1∶2,复合乳化剂质量分数为3%~5%,核中软、硬单体质量配比为30∶70,壳中软、硬单体质量配比为7∶3,引发剂质量分数为0.5%时,合成出的聚丙烯酸酯乳液性能最好。

Abstract:The emulsion with core-shell structure were synthesized by seeded emulsion polymerization method with butyl acrylate and methyl methaerylate and acrylonitrile as monomers. The influences of soft/hard monomers ratio and polymeric condition to the product were investigated. The experimental results showed that the best polyacrylate emulsion can be synthesized when the ratio of DSD/Tx-30 is 1: 2, the dosages of compound emulsifier is 3% - 5%, the ratio of soft/hard monomer in core is 30: 70, the ratio of soft/hard monomer in shell is 7:3 and the dosages of initiatoris 0.5%.
