CuCo基催化剂的TPR研究

摘    要:用程序升温还原法研究了加入不同助剂的CuCo基催化剂的还原性能,并分析了引起这些变化的原因,研究结果指出,碱金属助剂(K)使催化剂的还原受到抑制;稀土氧化物助剂(REO)La2O3和CeO2可促进催化剂的还原,其中又以La2O3的影响更为明显,而ZrO2助剂则有明显的抑制还原作用;其他助剂如ZnAl也能促进催化剂还原,当K与这些助剂共存时,催化剂的还原都受到抑制。

Abstract:The reductive properties of Cu-Co catalysts modified with different promoters were characterized by means of TPR and the reasons were analysed.The TPR results showed that the addition of promoters can change the catalyse's reductive properties.The addition of K retards the reduction.REO promoters (La 2O 3,CeO 2,ZrO 2) have different effect on the reductive properties:La 2O 3 and CeO 2 can promote the catalysts' reduction and the former has stronger effect than the latter,while ZrO 2 strongly retards the reduction.Other additions such as ZnAl can also promote the reduction.When K and these additions exist concurrently the reduction is retarded.
