摘    要:对一株高产漆酶及伴有木聚糖酶和少量纤维素酶的菌株,用不同的碳源和氮源对其调控培养,合成漆酶/木聚糖酶体系。实验结果表明,最佳的碳源是可溶性淀粉,用它作碳源,漆酶活性高达730IU/mL,木聚糖酶活性是4.49IU/mL,纤维素酶活性只有0.23IU/mL;最佳的氮源是蛋白胨,用其作氮源,合成漆酶活性可达812IU/mL,木聚糖酶活性是4.68IU/mL,纤维素酶活只有0.09IU/mL。

Abstract:A strain with high production laccase,which is accompanied by the xylanase and few cellulase,is regulated with the different carbon and nitrogen source to synthesize laccase/xylanase system. The experimental result obtains the best carbon source,which is the soluble starch. Using it as a carbon source,laccase activity reaches as high as 730 IU/mL,xylanase activity is 4.49 IU/mL,and cellulase activity is 0.23 IU/mL,similarly,protein peptone is the best nitrogen source,using it as the nitrogen source,laccase activity may reach 812 IU/mL,xylanse activity is 4.68 IU/mL,and cellulase activity is only 0.09 IU/mL.
