不同硫化体系半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶磨耗性能的研究

摘    要:主要围绕不同硬度胎面胶在不同测试条件设置下,采用DIN磨耗设备所得出的磨耗结果展开讨论。结果表明:硫磺与促进剂CZ配合的硫化体系,可以更有效提高大分子交联网络的密度,随交联密度增加,硫化胶拉伸强度及硬度有所提高,但存在一个最佳值,而最佳值与硫磺和促进剂的用量有关;胶料在相对硬(邵尔A)的情况下,显示出更优异的磨耗性能;此外在采用10N加载负荷下,样品出头3mm的测试条件能更好的模拟出胎面胶在实际使用时状况。

Abstract:This paper mainly discussed different hardness tread compound under different test conditions, based on the results of the DIN abrasion equipment. Results showed that fhe curing system of the sulfur with accelerator CZ, can improve the density of macromolecular crosslinking network more effectively. With the increase of crosslinking density, the cured rubber tensile strength and hardness are improved, but there is a optimal value, and the optimal value related to the amount of sulfur and accelerator; Rubber in the case of relatively hardness (Shore A), show more excellent abrasion property; In addition,loading up 10 N the sample enlongs 3 mm test conditions which can be better simulating the tread compound condition when in actual use.
