| 摘 要： | 螺杆是冷喂料挤出机的一个核心部件,它在挤出机的性能参数中起着决定性的作用。本文将螺杆从宏观功能上分成三个功能段,依据挤出理论结合生产实践分别对螺杆的喂料功能段、塑化功能段和挤出功能段的各种螺杆构型进行了较详尽较系统的分析,以便更容易理解和掌握各种螺杆构型的工作原理,希望对螺杆设计和选型有所帮助。另一方面螺杆又是由众多的结构几何参数所组成。因此螺杆几何参数的确定和选择直接关系着挤出机的使用性能。本文分析了螺杆几何参数影响挤出过程的理论依据,进而对各几何参数进行选择和确定,为螺杆和挤出机的设计、选型提供依据和参考。
