| 摘 要： | 从新型原材料的应用及成本的角度，探讨了在轻型载重／乘用子午线轮胎胎体和带束层应用芳纶帘线的可能性，并对芳纶帘线的压延工艺参数进行了探讨，认为芳纶帘线用于轮胎对其性能要优于聚酯帘线和钢丝帘线。但是，按目前芳纶帘线的价格，仅适用于轻型载重／乘用子午线轮胎的带束层。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the reliability of aramid cord used in carcass and belt of L/P radial tirefrom the view of application of new material and cost , and discusses the calendering process param-eters of aramid cord. Our opinion aramid cord used in tire is better than polyester cord and wire cord, butthe price of aramid cord is higher at present, so it is only used for L/P radial tire. |
