| 摘 要： | 用气相色谱仪OV—101色谱柱对乙酸正丁酯进行定量测定(FID检测器)。内标选择正壬烷,该方法简便、快速、准确。标准偏差为0.34,变异系数0.35%,回收率为99.88%,线性相关系数为0.9997。

| Abstract: | A method is introduced for quantitative determination of n-butylacetate by gas chromatograph on OV-101 chromatographic column and FID using n-nonane as internal standard. The method was simple, rapid and accurate. The standard deviation,coefficient of variation,recovery and linear correlation were 0.34,0.35%,99.88%and 0.9997, respectively. |
