| Abstract: | Introduced the dense phase pneumatic conveying to transport silicon powder techn;que used in a polycrystalline silicon plant, and also the transporting manner and process flow. Analyzed some considerations about the type selection and design for the main equipments, piping and valves which used in this pneumatic conveying system. |
