乙基麦芽酚固体废弃物中回收氯化镁工艺研究

摘    要:在乙基麦芽酚生产过程中,每t产品要产生约2~3 t含镁废渣,如果不加处理直接排放,一方面浪费了资源,另一方面也对环境造成了污染。目前乙基麦芽酚产量已名列前茅,每年要排出数以千吨计的含镁废渣。因此,如何将其转化为有用的产品,便废为宝,具有极其重要的现实意义。本实验针对乙基麦芽酚生产中的副产物含镁废渣的成分,找出了将废渣转化为氯化镁的合理工艺条件,提供了可行的措施。

Abstract:After producing ethyl maltol there always will be 2 or 3 tons magnesium waste residues. If directly emit without any processing, it wiU not only be a waste of resource, but also do pollution to the environment. Currently china is leading the way in produ.cing ethyl maltol in the world, but we will emit thousands of tons magnesium waste residues every year. Therefore, it is extremely important how to turn the residues into industrial useful products, the producing of ethyl maltol waste byproducts, magnesium waste residues, to find out the wastes into magnesium chloride reasonable conditions, put forward practical governance solutions and feasible measures.
