富油负压蒸馏工艺改造的应用

对富油常压蒸馏工艺及负压蒸馏工艺的工艺特点及经济指标进行分析。实践证明改造后蒸馏废水产生量少,节能效果、环保效益和社会效益显著。同时,单塔可实现轻苯和粗苯生产的转换,增加产品收率,提高经济效益。

The Applicatiom of Techmical Tramsformatiom im the Oil - rich Negative Pressure Distillatiom Process

This paper compared and analyzed the atmospheric distillation process and negative pressure distillation process. After the transformation of the project,the result shows that the oil - rich negative pressure distillation process reduces discharging of waste water and the energy conservation,environmental protection and social benefits are achieved notably. At the same time,the interconversion between crude benzene and light benzol is realized,and the production yield and economic benefit are increased.
