摘    要:建立了以硫脲为掩蔽剂,以Co2+为增敏剂,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定土壤中镉的分析方法,并对各种最佳分析条件进行探讨。方法的检出限为0.065μg.L-1,线性范围0~20μg.L-1,回收率95.0%~103.2%。经国家一级标准物质分析验证,分析结果与标准值相符。

Abstract:The suitable measurement conditions for the determination of cadmium in soil by hydride generationatomic fluorescence spectrometry were investigated with thiourea as anti -interference agent and Co^2+ as sensitivity enhancement agent. The detection limit of cadmium was 0. 065 μg·L^-1, and the linear of cadmium range was 0 -20μg·L^-1. The recovery was 95.0% - 103.2%. The method had been successfully applied to the determination of cadmium in a series of national reference materials and the results were in good agreement with the certified values.
