引气型脂肪族高效减水剂合成研究

摘    要:采用木质素磺酸钙改性脂肪族高效减水剂,其适宜条件为:木质素磺酸盐的加入方式:聚合反应之前加入,添加量(质量分数)为20%以减水剂(干基)计];工艺条件:n(醛):n(酮)=2.0,n(磺化剂):11(酮)=0.35,反应物质量浓度为0.44·g/mL,缩合反应温度为55℃,聚合反应温度为95℃,缩合反应时间为30min,聚合反应时间为120min;在适宜条件下制备的木质素磺酸盐改性的脂肪族减水剂的综合性能达到或超过了脂肪族减水剂的性能。

Abstract:Using calcium lignosulphonate modified the modem SAF, the optimal conditions of synthesis of aliphatic hydroxyl sulphonate high range water reducing agent with air entraining were: lignosulfonate added way : before polymerization ; its adding (F): n(A) =2.0, n (S):n(A) =0.35, amount: 20% (SAF, dry base); process condition: n mass concentration of reactants 0.44 g/mL, condensation reaction temperature : 55℃ the polymerization temperature : 95℃, condensation reaction time : 30min, and polymerization time: 120min. Aliphatic hydroxyl sulphonate modified lignin sulfonates prepared in the optimal conditions had comprehensive performances or exceeded aliphatic high range water reducing agent performances.
