单烷基化合成双十二胺的工艺研究

摘    要:以十二胺和1-溴代十二烷为原料,研究了单烷基化反应合成双十二胺的最佳合成工艺条件,考察了原料配比、1-溴代十二烷的滴加时间、反应时间、反应温度对产物产率的影响。研究结果表明:原料配比、滴加时间、反应时间和反应温度是影响产物产率的主要因素,其中原料配比影响最大。其最佳工艺条件为:n(1-溴代十二烷):n(十二胺)=1.0:1.2,1-溴代十二烷滴加时间为3h,反应时间为7h,反应温度为81℃,其对应的产率为92.4%。

Abstract:Di -N -dodecylamine was synthesized using dodecylamine and bromododecane as raw material, the optimum synthesis process of the di -N- dodecylamine was investigated, and the influences of the reaction conditions on the yield, such as raw material ratio, dropping time of bromododecane, reaction time and reaction temperature were disscussed. The results showed that raw material ratio, dropping time of bromododecane, reaction time and reaction temperature were the main factors of influence on the yield of di - N - dodecylamine. The optimum synthesis conditions were : the molar ratio of bromodecane to dodecylamine was 1.0 : 1.2, the dropping time of bromododecane 3 hours, reaction time 7 hours, reaction temperature 81℃ and the yield of di -N -dodecylamine 92.4%.
