金盏银盘提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用研究

摘    要:对金盏银盘醇提取物用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行萃取,测定各部分的酶抑制活性,并初步对金盏银盘酶抑制的动力学进行研究。结果表明:乙酸乙酯部位具有较高的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,其抑制成分在35~55℃具有较高的稳定性,最佳作用浓度为45μg/mL,且抑制作用迅速。

Abstract:The extract of Bidens biternata was extracted by petroleum, ethyl acetate and n - butanol. The inhibitiory activity against α-glucsidase of every extracted fraction was detemined and the inhibitory kinetics was studied. The results showed that the inhibitiory activity of ethyl acetate was higher than others. Betwen 35 - 55℃ the ethyl acetate extract showed high thermal stability, and the optimum concentration was 45 μg/mL.
