摘    要:用红外及可见分子吸收光谱法研究了活性炭纤维(ACF)对直接深蓝L-3BR(DDB,C.I.Direct Blue 71)的吸收行为。用电化学法研究了DDB饱和吸附后ACF再生的可能性。发现ACF最佳吸附条件为pH=5;以2%NaCl%水溶液为支持电解液,用铜棒和石墨棒分别作阴极和阳极,阴极区ACF再生率达到95%,初步探讨了ACF对DDB的吸附和脱附DDB的机理。

Abstract:The absorption properties of Direct Deep Blue L-3RB (C.I. Direct Blue 71) on active carbon fiber (ACF) were studied by infrared and visible spectroscopy, the possibility of regeneration of ACF being saturated with DDB L-3RB, was also studied. The result showed that the optimal acidity for absorption was pH=5. Meanwhile, Cu and graphite stick were served as the cathode and anode to desorb ACF, using 2% NaCl as the electrolyte and the regeneration efficiency of ACF in cathode area was as high as 95%. The absorption and desorption mechanism of DDB L-3RB on ACF were also discussed.
