染料化工废水综合治理

摘    要:本文将染化公司的二硝基酚、硫酸间冷水、二甲基苯胺和分散染料废水按一定的年排放量进行混合,经铁屑还原,废水再经白灰中和(pH>8)絮凝,BOD5仪器生化降解和NaClO氧化处理,使得该废水色度为100倍以下,总脱色率99.98%,胺基物为0.1mg/l以下,胺基物去除率99.97%,CODcr值为150mg/l左右,CODcr去除率在99%以上,达到国家排放标准。

Abstract:Waste waters containing dinitrophenol, dimethylaniline dinitrochlorobenzene, disperse dyes and cold water from Sulfuric Acid Plant were mixed in the plant, then reduced by iron powder, followed by neutralization and flocculation with lime (pH>8). biochemical degradation with BOD5 apparatus and oxidation with NaClO. The chromaticity of the waste water was reduced more than 100 times, the total decoloration ratio was 99.98%, the amine content was <0. 1 mg/L, the amine removal ratio was 99.97%, CODcr was about 150mg/L and the CODcr removal ratio was over 99%, thus meeting state discharge standards.
