油醇硫酸酯盐的合成

摘    要:以油醇为原料制备了油醇硫酸酯盐,并进行了红外表征。探讨了原料反应摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂对油醇转化率的影响。实验结果表明:适宜工艺条件为:油醇/氨磺酸摩尔比为:1∶1.15,反应温度110℃,反应时间2h,以氨磺酸为硫酸化试剂,制备了油醇硫酸钠盐,并对产物表面活性进行了测定,结果显示:这种新型表面活性剂具有较低的表面张力和较低的Krafft点,较好的泡沫性和去污性。

Abstract:The oleyl alcohol sulfate was synthesized from oleyl alcohol. The oleyl alcohol sulfate was confirmed by IR. Various influencing factors for synthesis of oleyl alcohol are discussed, such as molar ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and catalyst were studied. The experiment results show that the optimal reaction condition was obtained by the molar ratio of amidosulphonic acid and oleyl alcohol is 1.15:1, reaction temperature is 110 ℃ with reaction time of 2 h.Oleyl alcohol sulfate was prepared by amidosulphonic acid and its surface activity was measured. The results showed that it has good capacity for surface tension reducing and Krafl't point, higher foam property and better detergency.
