微波消解-ICP—AES法测定华山松针叶的矿质元素

摘    要:利用微波消解对华山松针叶进行前处理,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定铮叶中的Al、As、Ca、Cr、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、P、Pb、Si和Zn14种矿质元素的含量,结果表明,华山松针叶中元素含量丰富,K、Ca、Mg、P元素的含量较高,该测定方法快速、准确、分析精度高;为华山松针叶的合理利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:The armand pine samples were digested by microwave digestion technique, and the determination of elements was carried out in Gardenia by ICP-AES in this paper. The fourteen trace elements of AI, As, Ca, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, P. Pb. Si and Zn in Armand Pine were determined by the method. The results of the determination show that armand pine samples are rich in the mineral elements, and K, Ca, Mg, P element content was higher. The detection ethod was accurate, quickly-accessible. The paper provided scientific basis for the rational utilization of armand pine.
