| 摘 要： | 通过国家知识产权局专利数据库CNABS,利用国际专利分类号IPC分类号来对我国的玻璃蚀刻技术的专利申请情况进行了全面检索,并对检索到的数据进行全面分析,包括对玻璃蚀刻技术的申请量现状、发展趋势、国内外主要申请人、以及未来的研究趋势进行分析,从而指出当前国内在玻璃蚀刻研究中存在的一些问题,并提出一些建议及对发展前景进行展望。

| Abstract: | A Comprehensive Search of Patent Application Condition on Glass Etching Technique Related Technology in the Database, including CNABS of State Intellectual Property Office was carried out. Further full aspects analysis on the data was made, including the current application status, development trend. domestic and foreign major applicant, and future research trend, so as to point out the current existing problems in our domestic glass etching research, and provide some suggestions and the developing outlook was proposed. |
