废纸脱墨剂配方的优化研究

文章研究了多种表面活性剂配用量不同时对进口废纸脱墨效果的影响，通过优化试验确定这些表面活性剂的最佳配用量（脱墨剂配方）。试验表明，两种配方的脱墨剂都有良好的脱罴效果。配方一脱墨剂用量为0．3％时，脱墨后浆的自度为51．56％IS0，得率为85．81％。配方二脱墨剂用量为0.3％时，脱墨后浆的自度为53．76％ISO，得率为86．35％。

Optimization on Formulation of Wastepaper Deinking Agents

The effects of several surfactants amount in import waste paper deinking process were investigated, and the optimum dosage of surfactants (the formula of deinking agent) was also presented. The results showed that the deinking agents were good deinking characteristics. When the dosage of deinking agent was 0.3 %, one deinking agent: deinking pulp whiteness achieved 51.56 % ISO and yield achieved 85.81 %.
