| 摘 要： | 介绍了适合于应用化学专业的一个综合性实验方案的设计：2-巯基吡啶-N-氧化物及其衍生物的合成与应用。该实验具有实验内容的复合性、实验方法的多元性和实验结果未知性等特点，有利于激发学生学习的主动性和学习兴趣，有利于培养学生的综合实践和创新意识。

| Abstract: | A design of experiment of preparation and application of 2-mercaptopyridine-N-oxide and its derivatives was introduced,which was used as a comprehensive experiment suitable for the students major in applied chemistry.The experiment comprises multi-step synthesis,more operations and unexpected results.It is benefits for students to inspire learning interest and to train comprehensive practice abilities and creative consciousness. |
