| Abstract: | The silane pretreatment technology has found wide applications around the areas of metal coatings. Compared with the traditional Zinc phosphating, it is an energy-saving and environment-friendly pretreatment process. Here, we first discuss the work principles and advantages of the silane pretreatment solution. We also prepared a new kind of silane solution, and studied its process technology, parameter control, and performance based on one practical case in a factory. |
