摘    要:文章讨论了饮用水中四乙基铅吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱分析方法,对捕集条件进行了优化,并对方法检出限、线性范围、精密度和准确度等进行了测定,对实际水样进行了测试.结果显示,方法检出限为0.02 μg/L;在0.10~15.0 μg/L之间具有良好的线性,线性相关系数为0.9991;加标回收率为87 %~108%;连续7次测定的相对标准偏差为7.5%.该方法非常适用于测定水中痕量的四乙基铅.

Abstract:In this paper, the determination of tetraethyl lead in drinking water was investigated by purge and trap-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Many factors of the purge and trap method were optimized. The method detection limit, linear calibration range, precision and accuracy were investigated respectively. Finally, the actual aqueous samples were determined using this method. The results show that, the method detection limit is 0.02μg/L; the calibration graph is linear in the range of 0.10-15.0 μg/L, with the correlation coefficients of 0.9991; the recoveries of this method are 87 %-108 %; the relative standard deviations of seven times detennination are 7.5 %. And this method is very efficient for determination of trace amounts of tetraethyl lead in aqueous samples.
