超声波电脱盐技术在永坪炼油厂250万吨／年常压装置应用总结

超声波电脱盐破乳技术是新兴的原油破乳技术，具有无污染、脱盐效果好等特点。超声波全部代替破乳荆在延长石油永坪炼油厂250万怕常压装置电脱盐系统中的工业应用表明：超声波电脱盐系统操作方便，设备使用性能稳定、可靠，电脱盐效果较好，脱后含盐降低，由投用前平均4．0mg／L降至投用后的3．6mg／L，脱水含油、COD投用前后基本相当，不仅每月节约破乳剂16t、节资17．6万元，而且大大减轻了工人劳动强度，达到了预期的技术改造目的。

Application Summary of Ultrasonic Electric Desalting Technology in Yong-ping Refinery 2,500,000 t/a Atmospheric Distillation Unit

Ultrasonic electric desalting demulsification technology is a new crude oil demulsification technology with some characteristics,including non-pollution,good desalting effect and so on.The industrial application of ultrasonic which has completely instead of demulsifier in the Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum(Group) Corp.Ltd.Yongping Refinery 2,500,000 t/a atmospheric distillation unit shows that the ultrasonic electric desalting system is convenient operation,the equipments serviceability is stable and reliable,the electric desalting has obverse effect that the salt content decrease from 4.0 mg/L before the new technology is used to 3.6 mg/L after it’s used and the oil content of dehydration and COD are basically equal and the new technology not only saves 16ton demulsifier and 17.6 million RMB every month,but also decreases greatly the intensity of labor,reaching the aim as planed.
