| 摘 要： | MES(Manufacturing Execution System)系统在流程工业综合自动化系统ERP/MES/PCS框架结构中处于中间的关键层。它向上连接企业资源计划(ERP),向下连接过程控制(PCS)。MES在石化企业的综合自动化中起到了承上启下的作用,是整个流程工业综合自动化技术发展的关键。文章主要讲述MES系统的功能、系统数据库的架构,系统的数据备份与数据恢复。

| Abstract: | MES（Manufacturing Execution System） is in the middle essential level in the flow industry synthesis automated system ERP/MES/PCS portal frame construction.It connects the enterprise resources to plan（ERP） upwardly and downwards connection process control（PCS）.MES played the role in the petrochemistry enterprisez＇s synthesis automation which linked the preceding with the following,is the entire flow industry synthesis automation technological development key.The paper mainly narrates the MES system function,the system database construction,system data backup and data restoration. |
