| 摘 要： | 文章通过表面活性剂复配技术研制出一种水基厨房清洁剂,并获得了该清洁剂配方中各组分含量与洗净力之间的变化规律。结果显示,所制备的厨房清洁剂去污快速,洗净力可达99.0%以上;且产品中不添加有机溶剂,碱度低,对不锈钢、铜、铝等常见金属无腐蚀,对厨具烤漆表面无损伤,具有广阔的市场前景。

| Abstract: | A new water-based kitchen cleaner was prepared by using compounded technology of surfactant,and the variations between the content of each component and detergency were found.The results showed,the removal of dirt was fast and the detergency could reach more than 99.0 %.With organic solvent free and lower alkalinity,the kitchen cleaner was neither corrosive to stainless steel,copper,aluminum and other common metals,nor harmful to surface of cooker painting.The product has wide market prospects. |
