| 摘 要： | 文章通过了解目前化工安全形势与高素质人才形势的现状,针对目前安全管理中所出现的一线操作员工安全意识和素质不高的现象,探讨了对化工类非安全专业进行安全课程教学的必要性,并对非安全专业安全课程进行分析,提出非安全专业课程教学模式和基本要求,以及该安全课程教学对学校日常安全管理工作的辐射效果。
